Serwus3D - Privacy Policy

The short version: Serwus3D collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Your models stay on your iPad.

01What the app collects

Nothing. Serwus3D has no account and no sign-in, contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting libraries, and has no server of its own. The app does not send anything over the internet on its own.

On the App Store this is declared as Data Not Collected.

02Your projects and files

Projects, the automatic backup of your current scene and everything you export are stored on your iPad, in the app's own storage or wherever you choose to save them in the Files app. If you save to iCloud Drive or another cloud folder, that is your choice and the provider's service. We never receive your files.

03Photos

  • Textures and reference images are picked with the system photo picker. The app receives only the image you choose and has no access to the rest of your library.
  • Saving a turntable video asks for permission to add to your photo library. It is used only when you tap Save Video and cannot read your photos.

04Purchases

The full version is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we receive no payment details and no personal information. Whether the app is unlocked is checked on your iPad and works offline.

05Bug reports you choose to send

Settings → Report a bug opens your own Mail app with a message you can read and edit before sending. It contains:

  • the app version, your iPad model and iPadOS version;
  • the number of objects and triangles in the scene and the current mode;
  • your project file, only if you turn on Attach my project.

Nothing is sent until you tap Send. If Mail is not set up, the report is copied to the clipboard for you to paste. We use these emails only to answer you and fix the problem, keep them no longer than needed and never share them.

06Apple's services

If you have turned on Share With App Developers (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may share anonymous crash reports with us. Beta testers using TestFlight send feedback and crash reports through Apple under the TestFlight terms. These are Apple's services and are covered by Apple's privacy policy.

07Children and your rights

The app collects no data from anyone, including children. Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and have it deleted; in practice that can only be emails you sent us, and we delete them on request. The controller of that data is Dustin Smela (Serwus Studio, Kraków, Poland); we process it to answer you, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, PUODO (uodo.gov.pl). Write to office@serwusgamestudio.pl.

08Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. A change that would start collecting data would also be stated in the app's release notes and in its App Store privacy label.
