// Overview

Ergo Arena is another major partner venue recreated in VR for Revocure. Similar in scope to the Wisla Krakow stadium, this scene required modular architectural elements, crowd rendering solutions and full VR optimization - all built by me from scratch.

// My Role

  • Modular architecture - designed reusable modular elements for the arena structure, enabling efficient construction and iteration.
  • Crowd shader - adapted and tuned the crowd rendering shader for the arena's seating layout and lighting conditions.
  • Full scene ownership - solely responsible for the complete Ergo Arena environment, from reference to final VR-optimized build.
  • VR optimization - ensured smooth performance on Meta Quest with proper LODs, texture atlasing and draw call management.
