Wisla Krakow is one of Revocure's major partners, and recreating their stadium in VR was a key deliverable. I was solely responsible for building the entire scene - from modular architectural elements to custom shaders for the crowd and lighting effects.

- Modular architecture - designed and built modular architectural elements (stands, corridors, facades) enabling efficient scene assembly and reuse.
- Fake flares - custom lens flare effects simulating stadium lighting atmosphere without heavy post-processing cost.
- Crowd shader - Shader Graph material that renders a convincing audience in the stands, optimized for VR performance on Meta Quest.
- Full scene ownership - solely responsible for the entire stadium scene from reference gathering through final optimization.
