  • Modeling - hard-surface and organic props in Maya and Blender, matching the game's stylized noir look.
  • UV mapping & texturing - efficient UV layouts and PBR textures in Substance Painter for consistent visual quality.
  • Asset integration - import, material setup and placement in Unreal Engine, ensuring proper scale and collision.
  • Optimization - LODs, texture streaming and instancing for large prop counts across multiple levels.
  • Environmental storytelling - props designed to tell stories about Hotel Cotard's eccentric undead residents.
